Awards and Honors Committee:
Responsible for Builders/Master Builders Award program, Mason of the Year program, Longevity awards and any other special achievement program.

Budget, Finance and Investments Committee:Responsible for preparation of budget for ensuing year in coordination with the Senior Warden (Master-elect)
and maintaining and control of current year approved budget. A proposed budget for the ensuing year must be presented and voted upon at the November stated meeting. Degree (Practices) Coach:
Responsible for training and education from a ritualistic stand point for all officers of the Lodge. Coordinate all ritual activities with the assigned DDGL. Coordinate degree conferrals through the Secretary and with the consent of the Senior Warden.Brian A. Pilz, PM, Chairman (887-3342)
Delinquent Dues Committee:
Responsible for follow up action on all delinquent dues and make final report at December stated meeting for Lodge action.

Funeral Team Committee:
Responsible for arrangements of Masonic funerals as requested.
Billy G. Hall, PM, Chairman (741-1757)Grand Lodge Liaison Committee:
Responsible for keeping the brethren informed on Grand Lodge activities and programs of interest to include training and educational seminars and submitting articles for the trestle board.

Lodge Education Officer:
Responsible for ensuring that the membership is keep abreast of the current events of Freemasonry in general to include educational workshops, discussion groups, and presentation of newly released Masonic books. Coordinate time and dates with the Master.

Lodge Proficiency (Exams) Committee:
Responsible for training and education of all candidates, ensure proper catechism (proficiency) has been rendered and coordinate advancement with Senior Warden and/or Secretary.

Membership Committee (Friend to Friend):Responsible for Friend to Friend, Brother to Brother, Open House, Masonic Fellowship Night, and submit articles pertaining to membership in general for publication in Lodge trestle board.

Responsible for Books for Bikes program, Public Schools Essay contest, Children at Risk programs, School Carnival, Grand Lodge Scholarships, and mentors.

Public Relations Committee:
Responsible for media contacts, Crier publications, Lodge visitations schedules, and fund raisers.

Ritual Director and Coordinator:
Responsible for scheduling all coordinating all degree practices and conferrals. Responsible for maintaining the ritual “log” book current as to proficiencies of officers and members subject to the review of the assigned DDGL.
Richard D. Hanson (742-0641)Social and Entertainment Committee:
Responsible for coordinating activities with the Membership Committee for such activities as "Open House", "Friendship Nights", etc. Assigned the task for scheduling of Job's Daughters at our stated meeting nights and/or on other special occasions. Coordinate with Master of Lodge for scheduling of other social events and fund raisers, such as Pancake Breakfast's, St. John's observances, Table Lodge, etc.

Telephone Committee:
Responsible for randomly calling pre-selected members of the Lodge to ascertain their general health and welfare. The Secretary shall provide the Committee Chair is a listing of names.

Widows/Ladies Program Committee:Responsible for ensuring that appropriate programs are arranged for the ladies during stated meeting nights and arrangements are made for a special program to pay special tribute to the ladies/widows.

Youth Committee:Responsible for keeping the Lodge brethren informed on the various youth activities taking place in the greater Tucson area and submitting articles for the trestle board on such activities as deemed appropriate.
